2-SIDE LAMINATING Plastic on Paper:
Current Capacity: 56" wide material x almost any length (we are using 61" machinery; therefore, allows a 1/8" sealed edge borders on 56" paper). Thermal film in 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0 and 10.0 mil thickness can be applied to each side.
Finishes: Currently we have Gloss, Glueable/Stampable Gloss, Matte, UV Gloss, Satin,  Deep Crystal, textured films ( linen, leather, etc.) and Low Temperature (185^o) films in stock. (please allow time for large amounts of specialty films).

Machinery: Currently we have five (5) 2-SIDE production lines at your disposal. Most of these lines include automatic feeders and automatic cutters to give our customers the best timely service.

1-SIDE LAMINATING Plastic on Paper:
Current Capacity: Maximum size = 31.9" wide x 44.9" sheets. Minimum size = 8 1/2" x 11". Thermal film in 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0 and 10.0 mil thickness can be applied to one side. Recommend paper weight from 100# gloss book to 24 point stock. Leave at least 3/4" working area around the total image on all 4 sides for guide & grip. Corrugated stock up to 58" wide (x almost any length) can be laminated on one side or both sides.

Mounting Sheets to Foam Board Substrates :
We stock Ultra Board, Foam Core, Ultra Mount, Expanded PVC ( Sintra ) and many more substrates.
Finishes: White & Black Foam Board products plus colors in expanded PVC .

Machinery: 3 Wide Format mounting laminators capable of 60" wide boards & any length

Bindery Services:
Bindery Services include round cornering, slot punching, installing brass & nickel (silver) eyelets, trimming, drilling, mounting, binding with coils, combs & wire & much more.

Laminator & Binding Machine Repairs :
We have technicians on staff to provide service and repairs for many brands of laminators and binding machines. Brands include Akiles, Prolam, Seal, Proseal, Rhin-O-Tuff, Banner American, Laminators Speciaties and more. Please call if you are not sure. 503 684 6570
