company, specializing in film laminating, supplies and machinery for the
printing and packaging industries. Our corporation is well capitalized and
has impressive growth since inception. Our customer base includes thousands
of companies, many of which are associated with the printing and/or packaging
industries.
What We Do: Oregon Laminations Company is a leading commercial laminating
company and supplier of laminating equipment, Laminating Supplies and ID
equipment. We STOCK several lines of Laminating Equipment, Tools, Roll Film,
Rotary Trimmers, Pouch Supplies, Dry Mount Supplies, ID Equipment
& Accessories, Vinyl ID Holders for proximity cards, Vinyl Menu
Covers, Vinyl BluePrint Covers, Magnetic Badge Holders, Vinyl
File Folders , Vinyl Presentation Folders, Vinyl Sheet Protectors,

in the northwest (currently up to 58" wide
x any length), providing our customers fast and accurate turn around times.
We typically STOCK a variety of specialty films such as: Low Temperature
(185o) UV Gloss & Satin Polyester, Anti-Curl Gloss or
Matte; Polypropylene Matte or Gloss; Glueable/Stampable Polyester Gloss;
Adhesive Backed Polyester Gloss; Satin Finish Polyester, textured films and many other films.
Related in-house services include Round Cornering, 1/4" Grommets (brass or
nickel), MOUNTING (Fome-Core, etc.), Easel backs (Counter Cards),
Hole drilling, Slot Punching, Corner Rounding, shrink wrapping, trimming
and other related bindery services.

Answer: "We are NOT just a warehouse selling supplies and equipment. Laminating. mounting & other bindery services are the major part of our business. When you purchase from us, we offer knowledgable support after the sale. Normally, you can call and talk to someone who actually uses what we sell ! "

Question: "How long does it take to get my order if I choose your special $5.95 flat rate for ANY size order ?"
Answer: "Stocked items ship within 1 working day and usually the same day. If you are on the west coast, you'll typically receive your order in 1 or 2 working days from the shipping day. East coast is usually 1 week; however, we do ship flat rate priority mail when the items fit and the cost is the same or less than UPS ground. Our shopping cart does offer other shipping methods to suit your needs."
EXCEPTION: "Some orders ship factory direct. Shipping time will then depend on factory location."

Question: "Will you "match" prices ? "
Answer: "Whenever possible, yes. We appreciate you choosing us as your vendor and will make every effort to match a competitor's prices. We simply ask that you email us with your delivery zip code and a copy of your quotation INCLUDING SHIPPING to give us a fair chance."

Question: "Some of your web pages say "Under Constuction". When will these be finished ?"
Answer: "Our web site lists only a small percentage of what we have to offer, so our web pages are constantly being updated and created. If you don't see the item you are looking for, email us or call us 1-800-574-9814 and we'll see if we can help you"

Question: "What is your return policy ?"
Answer: "Stocked items may be returned within 30 days for full refund of the product sale price (excluding shipping). Customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
Under some circumstances, returns might be accepted after 30 days, but subject to restocking fees. Non-stock items are usually not returnable; however, there may be some exceptions and your are welcome to contact us regarding your particular situation.
