ProEDGE(^TM) Plastic edging (framing) and corner protectors for mounted images & signs on foam boards and other substrates: Finally an easy to use high quality board framing system that lets everyone become an expert ! This is the simplest way to frame and protect the edges or corners of mounted ink jet prints, electrostatic prints, lithographs, color copies, offset posters and other media. Perfect for professional results on short or long runs.

Note: We tested this system thoroughly and found these Pros & Cons:

Pros: (1) No power required (all mechanical) (2) Machinery has optional sizes of sizing bars to reduce space requirements for small board users (3) VERY quiet operation - even in a store environment (4) Has preset edge thickness feature (5) Very professional metallic appearance (6) small machinery footprint - stand unit has casters for mobility (7) Can now do shaped boards with the FlexxPro edging (8) Machine is extremely durable and will last a very long time (9) Normally does not require basic measuring of substrates (10) Scraps can be used as corner protectors (11) 13/16" Wideseal product allows space behind 3/16" boards for electronics like clockworks, etc. (12) Has high quality surgical steel cutting dies for longer lasting performance. In fact, the Proedge machine looks and feels much more sturdy and substantial than competitor's models.

Cons: (1) Would be nice to have more colors and finishes available, including woodgrain appearance edging; however, these can be created subject to minimum order quantities. (2) Stand unit should be designed with a shelf in lower part of stand (can put a piece of plywood or foamboard there for now).
