" ------------------------------ Question: "How long does it take to get my order if I choose your special $5.95 flat rate for ANY size order ?" Answer: "Stocked items ship within 1 working day and usually the same day. If you are on the west coast, you'll typically receive your order in 1 or 2 working days from the shipping day. East coast is usually 1 week; however, we do ship flat rate priority mail when the items fit and the cost is the same or less than UPS ground. Our shopping cart does offer other shipping methods to suit your needs." EXCEPTION: "Some orders ship factory direct. Shipping time will then depend on factory location." ----------------------------- Question: "Will you "match" prices ? " Answer: "Whenever possible, yes. We appreciate you choosing us as your vendor and will make every effort to match a competitor's prices.
