 Current Capacity: 56" wide material x almost
any length (we are using 61" machinery; therefore, allows a 1/8" sealed edge
borders on 56" paper). Thermal film in 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0
and 10.0 mil thickness can be applied to each side.
Finishes: Currently we have Gloss,
Glueable/Stampable Gloss, Matte, UV Gloss, Satin, Deep Crystal, textured
films ( linen, leather, etc.) and Low Temperature (185o)
films in stock. (please allow time for large amounts of specialty
films).
Machinery: Currently

1-SIDE LAMINATING:
Current Capacity: Maximum size = 31.9" wide
x 44.9" sheets. Minimum size = 8 1/2" x 11". Thermal film in 1.2, 1.3, 1.5,
1.7, 3.0, 5.0, 7.0 and 10.0 mil thickness can be applied to one side. Recommend
paper weight from 100# gloss book to 24 point stock. Leave at least 3/4"
working area around the total image on all 4 sides for guide & grip.
Corrugated stock up to 58" wide (x almost any length) can be laminated on
one side or both sides.
Finishes: Currently we have Gloss,
Glueable/Stampable Gloss, Matte, UV Gloss and Satin, textured films (linen,

Answer: "We are NOT just a warehouse selling supplies and equipment. Laminating. mounting & other bindery services are the major part of our business. When you purchase from us, we offer knowledgable support after the sale. Normally, you can call and talk to someone who actually uses what we sell ! "

Question: "How long does it take to get my order if I choose your special $5.95 flat rate for ANY size order ?"
Answer: "Stocked items ship within 1 working day and usually the same day. If you are on the west coast, you'll typically receive your order in 1 or 2 working days from the shipping day. East coast is usually 1 week; however, we do ship flat rate priority mail when the items fit and the cost is the same or less than UPS ground. Our shopping cart does offer other shipping methods to suit your needs."
EXCEPTION: "Some orders ship factory direct. Shipping time will then depend on factory location."

Question: "What is your return policy ?"
Answer: "Stocked items may be returned within 30 days for full refund of the product sale price (excluding shipping). Customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
Under some circumstances, returns might be accepted after 30 days, but subject to restocking fees. Non-stock items are usually not returnable; however, there may be some exceptions and your are welcome to contact us regarding your particular situation.
